  • Overview




    The Corporate Benefits Assistant will perform a variety of benefits management projects for Regency's managed skilled nursing facilities and for the Corporate office. The Corporate Benefits Assistant will be cross trained to do other tasks within the scope of their responsibilities as dictated by the Benefits Manager and the Vice President of Human Resources.


    • Reconcile insurance premiums for payroll
    • Audit payroll hours
    • Prepare insurance report for Cost Analysis team
    • Act as Administrator for 401(k) plan
    • Administer Ancillary plans
    • Reconcile insurance bills 

    Key attributes:

    • Basic to Intermediate knowledge of 401(k) plans
    • Basic HR knowledge and principles 
    • The candidate must possess superb communication and problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task at a high level
    • Provide excellent customer Service to employees and facility level staff
    • Technical competencies to include proficiency in Microsoft Office products; Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • The ideal candidate must demonstrate a positive work ethic, must be a team player, and have a willingness to add knowledge and skills to the department
    • Experience in basic accounting principles


    • High school diploma is required
    • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is preferred
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Corporate Benefits environment
