  • Overview


    The Front Desk Coordinator should be familiar with the office practices and procedures and accepts accountability for responsibilities under their direct control; plans and organizes work; exercises sound judgment and decision-making; promotes cooperative working relationships within and between departments.

    The Front Desk Coordinator should prioritize and complete work assignments within agreed time frames. 


    • Answering multiple phone lines and directing them accordingly
    • Coordinating meetings (catering, teleconferences, agendas, etc.)
    • Posting job openings to the internet/intranet
    • Assisting with special projects
    • Processing high volume incoming/outgoing mail such as USPS, FedEX, etc. 
    • Proofing/editing company publications
    • Greet clients and visitors
    • Perform word processing tasks 
    • Manage and communicate confidential information
    • Ensures confidentiality of sensitive information
    • Maintain meeting room calendars
    • Be available to help other departments when needed
    • Update and distribute phone/job list periodically
    • Other duties as assigned 


    An Associates degree is preferred however not required
    Warm, friendly and energetic personality

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    Highly organized and  able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
