  • Overview




    The HR Project coordinator will provide administrative and project management support to the Vice President of Human Resources and the Corporate HR team as directed. The HR Project Coordinator will work collaboratively with the VP in regard to HR policy, HRIS implementation, and other HR projects. Partners with HR staff companywide to ensure cohesion across all functions.



    Knowledge & Skills

    • Requires a thorough knowledge of labor law, practices and procedures in all areas of HR including I-9 compliance, HRIS system implementation, reporting, and auditing.
    • Requires the analytical abilities and skills necessary to coordinate and organize various HR projects, determine problems, identify solutions, make recommendations, and engage.
    • Demonstrates excellence in customer relations and building partnerships at all levels within Regency Integrated Health Services.
    • Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) necessary to draft and administer policies, make effective presentations, conduct training sessions, etc., in a clear and persuasive manner.
    • Ability to practice and maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive issues.
    • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Demonstrates strong planning, administrative, organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Requires a high level of proficiency in MS Office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to learn and navigate through HRIS systems.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field preferred.
    • Requires a minimum of three to five years of HR generalist experience in a large organization to include system implementation.
    • High proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently.
