The Director is responsible for the day to day Sales process for all Regency’s post-acute care facilities, providing continual training and monitoring of the Clinical Liaisons  of each Region, and other special projects as assigned by the SVP of Business Development.




  • Promote and be knowledgeable of all facility services including community programs.
  • Monitor day to day sales
  • Provide training to all Clinical Liaisons and monitor hospital marketing visits as well as set sales goals for each account
  • Monitor and provide training to facility staff regarding admission process and marketing efforts.
  • Assist with the development of all facility strategic marketing plans. Monitor and document the progression of strategic marketing plan. Report progression of the strategic marketing plan to the facility Administrator, Regional Vice President and SVP of Business Development
  • Review Clinical Liaisons weekly planner and actual accomplishments and referral sources
  • Meet with referral sources of each facility to ensure needs are being met and done so in a timely manner.
  • Assist each facility with community/facility events.
  • May be necessary to assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations.


  • Must be able to travel up to 90%
  • Proven track record in leading and motivating sales teams in LTC
  • Experienced in training and developing sales professionals
  • Post-acute care experience highly preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including high level of knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Health Care Reform Initiatives and Alternative Payment Models
