This position is responsible for building and growing revenue through inquiry and census growth. Responsibilities include ensuring a smooth patient transition to the center, overseeing the timely and accurate completion of admission contracts, accurate communication to the clinical team and other department heads.This position will develop relationships with existing customers within the general community and uncover and develop new referring relationships within the professional community.
The role is also responsible to manage and train the internal marketing/admission team on tour and closing skills and customer-oriented completion of admission contracts. It requires the management and oversight of the marketing budget, marketing planning meetings and all marketing events.
Finally, this position will manage any Admission Coordinator positions, communicating clear, realistic goals and expectations.
